Big SCAM for all ICO Token Holders. The made a swap from der initial MCO Token to a new Token called CRO. Everyone not aktive participating on there exchange - just got scamed - there is no way of getting the new Token now - your Investment is lost - worthless! A SCAM FRAUD COMPANY - CRYPTO.COM !!!

If you want to count on your credit card, AVOID THIS CARD!!!!
I made some payments between my private account and my company with my credit card and now it is more than 5 days that crypto.com has blocked my card and they are still not able to unblock my card or tell me what they need more even if everything is transparent, documented and legit. And moreover they waited a 6th transaction and the only thing they did was blocking my card without any questions, e-mails, SMSs or notifications. I had to remark that I was not able to top-up my card and send them an e-mail, before they told me that they blocked my card. More than unprofessional and not trustworthy company!!! Imagine on your vacation and no other credit card??? An absolute no-go if you want to count on your card. They claim that there are several departments involved ... and other stupid customer service excuses copy-pasted in order to claim that they reply to their customers. Their processes are absolutely not adapted to have a REAL credit card. The crypto.com card is fun and easy but if you want a real credit card where you can count on it and have a (performant) customer service, this is the card that you should ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And even not able to withdraw the rest of my money on their exchange to do my expenses elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really sad to have so many CRAP COMPANIES only trying to get the money from their clients but not trying to get money with their clients.

The app wants photos of your passport or drivers license, which many are uncomfortable giving. The app has difficulty taking images of these items.
So after looking at the rather weak user support page, and looking for answers elsewhere, and exhausting my attempts to work around the issue, I gave up.
Maybe some day in the future I will look at it again, but right now the product doesn't quite seem ready.

I deposited a few thousand and when I wanted to withdraw I could not do so. I attempted to contact their customer support but got nothing. No one even viewed my messages. I'm on the phone with my bank now trying to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS "APP"!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Great team. Awesome smooth app. Card not yet available in my region. Only in Singapore and US at this stage.
But would recommend to all.. it's a awesome product with a top notch team backing it..
As with a normal bank you do need to do kyc.. so if you have something to hide like the other reviewer Simon does then maybe this companies product isnt for you.

I was recently hacked and their security was exposed. Crypto.com wants to replace traditional banks, but they aren't even close to their level. Hell, not even on Coinbase level and I transfer my outgoing transactions to Crypto.com(I hated waiting 20 days for outgoing transactions). I got a hack and it effected a crypto exchange(ProBit), my cloud mining contract(Electroneum), and crypto.com. What stood out was My Coinbase account assets were still there, My bank Axos had everything in it, My stocks in Webull and Fidelity was untouched. I loved these guys till I made a report and told me they found nothing. They sent the emails and said the withdrawal addresses were already in the system. I triple looked those claims and found nothing. I'm in talks with Google to see any emails from crypto.com that were made on the day of the attack. Once they retrieve the evidence, I'm moving forward and filing charges, and anyone else affected by crypto.com send me a message. everyone else, I advise you to get insurance.
